The countdown is finally over, Charlotte is on a plane en route to spend the next two months in Canada! To say we're excited would be an understatement as it's been over eight months since she was last here.
We gave a lot of thought as to what we should do with the blog during this time as it seemed silly to focus on the distance between us when it no longer existed. So, starting next week, we are introducing a guest blog series. We've paired up illustrators, designers, journalists, photographers, bloggers and foodies, most of whom have never met in real life, to compare and contrast their parts of the world. For August and September we will feature a new pair each week who will take over the collaborations as well as the snapshot series. We'll still fill you in on what we're up to with our weekend posts as those have served as a nice time capsule for us and will be a good way to remember this time we have together.
This is the first time either of us have run a blog project quite like this so please excuse us for any hiccups along the way. We still have a few spots to fill and are always open to contributors so please let us know if you'd like to be involved.
